Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the First Rep mobile application and the First Rep website. First Rep is provided by Land Run Brands, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using First Rep, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
You must be at least 13 years old to use First Rep. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent for a person under the age of majority, you may use First Rep only with that consent.
App license
The First Rep iOS application is licensed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with terms Apple requires, Apple's terms control to the extent of that conflict.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules and these Terms.
Free features, subscriptions, and purchases
First Rep includes free features and offers First Rep Plus through auto-renewable Annual and Monthly subscriptions. A retired one-time Founding Member purchase remains restorable for people who previously bought it.
- The Bible, Bible search, highlights, notes, private prayers, saved readings, joining a private Crew, and the first complete guided rep remain available without a paid subscription.
- Monthly unlocks First Rep Plus training features while the subscription is active. Community is not included with Monthly.
- Annual unlocks First Rep Plus training features and Community while the subscription is active.
- A restored Founding Member purchase and device-based founding-tester access unlock training features under their original terms. Community remains an Annual-plan benefit.
- An introductory trial may be available for the Annual plan only when Apple determines that the Apple Account is eligible. The App shows eligibility, duration, renewal price, and billing date before purchase.
- Annual and Monthly subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. A trial converts to the Annual paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription from First Rep → More → Membership → Manage or cancel, or in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices and available offers are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by storefront, taxes, eligibility, or future product changes.
- Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies. Land Run Brands does not receive your full payment-card number or billing address.
Health and wellness information
First Rep is a spiritual-discipline and Scripture-reading tool. It is not a medical device, clinical service, fitness prescription, mental-health service, pastoral-care service, crisis service, or substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, fitness, legal, or spiritual advice.
Body Readiness is an informational interpretation of Apple Health data you choose to share or a self-report. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or determination that it is safe for you to train. Always use your own judgment, follow guidance from qualified professionals, and seek urgent help through local emergency services when appropriate.
Private Crew conduct
A Crew is a private, invite-based space for people you choose. You are responsible for the messages and reactions you send and the people you invite. Do not use a Crew to threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, discriminate, defraud, sexually exploit, encourage self-harm or violence, infringe another person's rights, or share unlawful content or another person's private information without permission.
Because private Crews use Apple's CloudKit sharing and Land Run Brands does not normally read Crew rooms, members and the Crew creator are responsible for room membership and day-to-day conduct. Report tools may prepare an email for you to send to Land Run Brands. We receive a private Crew report only if you send it. We may limit feature access or take other appropriate action when we receive a credible report of misuse.
Community standard and user content
Community is a broader, public-to-participants text room for eligible Annual members. Community is separate from private Crews. By joining Community, you agree to the Community standard shown in the App and to these rules:
- Share your own words. Do not threaten, harass, bully, shame, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, defraud, sexually exploit, or encourage violence or self-harm.
- Do not post unlawful content, spam, advertising, links, contact information, or another person's private or confidential information.
- Do not misuse reports, evade blocks or moderation, manipulate reactions, or interfere with the room or its technical operation.
- Community is not an emergency, crisis, counseling, or professional-advice service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on a Community response.
The App provides limited automated filtering plus controls to hide, block, report, edit, and delete content. Filtering cannot catch every violation. Authorized moderators may review Community content and reports; hide, remove, or preserve content; restrict or end Community access; and take other reasonable steps to protect members, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed or removed immediately.
You keep ownership of original content you post. You grant Land Run Brands a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve Community and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for anonymous thread tombstones, content retained in another member's reply, safety and moderation records, backups, or copies we must retain for legitimate safety or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.
You can delete your Community profile from More → Data & privacy, even after Annual access ends. Deletion removes your profile, replies, and reactions. A post with no replies is deleted; a post that anchors another member's reply becomes an anonymous Post removed by user tombstone. Reports and moderation records may remain where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Scripture, audio, sharing, and intellectual property
First Rep includes the Berean Standard Bible and public-domain Bible audio, along with original devotional writing and selected public-domain commentary. The launch reading identifies its NIV quotation in the App. Attribution appears where required.
The App and Website design, original writing, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Land Run Brands, LLC or used with permission. You may use the sharing tools provided inside the App for personal, noncommercial sharing. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, remove required attribution from, or republish the App or proprietary content as a competing product, except as applicable law expressly permits.
Availability, account actions, and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features; enforce storage or use limits; or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, product operation, or violations of these Terms. Ending Community access does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscription management remains available through Apple.
We work to keep local data, CloudKit sync, purchases, and audio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or future iOS version, delivery of every notification, or permanent availability of a specific feature. You are responsible for compatible hardware and iOS, an Apple Account and iCloud where a feature requires them, account security, and backups you choose to maintain.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Rep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land Run Brands, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data or profits; conduct or content of another user; or personal decisions made based on information shown in the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, surfaced in the App or Website. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the App and manage any active subscription through Apple.
