Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the First Rep mobile application and this website. First Rep is provided by Land Run Brands, LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using First Rep, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
App license
The First Rep iOS application is licensed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms control to the extent of that conflict.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules.
Subscriptions and purchases
First Rep includes free features and may offer First Rep Plus through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Founding Member purchase.
- Annual and monthly subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Any free trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Prices and available plans are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by storefront, taxes, or future product changes.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
Health and wellness information
First Rep is a spiritual-discipline and Scripture-reading tool. It is not a medical device, clinical service, fitness prescription, mental-health service, or substitute for professional advice.
Body readiness is an informational interpretation of data you choose to share from Apple Health or a self-report. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or determination that it is safe for you to train. Always use your own judgment and seek qualified medical care when appropriate.
Crew conduct
Crew is an invite-only space for people you choose. You are responsible for the messages you send and the people you invite. Do not use Crew to threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or share unlawful content about another person.
Because Land Run Brands does not operate custom Crew servers and cannot normally read Crew rooms, you and the Crew creator are responsible for the room's membership and conduct. We may limit access to features or take other appropriate action when we receive credible reports of misuse.
Scripture, audio, and devotional content
First Rep includes the Berean Standard Bible and public-domain Bible audio, along with original devotional writing and selected public-domain commentary. Attribution appears in the App where required.
App and website design, original writing, graphics, software, and branding are owned by Land Run Brands, LLC or used with permission. You may use sharing tools provided inside the App for personal, noncommercial sharing. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or republish the App or its proprietary content as a competing product.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep local data and Crew sync reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or future iOS version, or permanent availability of any specific feature.
You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, iOS software, an Apple Account where required, and your own device backups.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Rep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land Run Brands, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or personal decisions made based on information shown in the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, surfaced in the App or website. Continuing to use First Rep after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
